Why not join the Friends of St Mary's ?

The Friends are active and share in the life of the Church and parish.

The village of Little Crosby is steeped in history, and the Friends pay particular attention to the maintenance of the special Catholic heritage associated with the Church, Crosby Hall, and the village by talks, visits and other activities.

The Friends organise all sorts of events :
For 2011 :-

  • Thursday 2nd June - Ascension Day - AGM of the Friends in the parish Hall.
  • Sunday 31st August - Mass at the Halkirk at 6pm
  • Friday 5th August - Summer Evening at the Barn House - 7.30pm, £7.50
  • Sunday, September 4th, Annual Outing : This year we visit Browsholme Hall, Nr Clitheroe, where there is also a farmer's market
  • September - Harvest Festival - Mass at 11.15am
  • Friday 15th October - "A Murder Mystery Evening" in the CHET centre in Little Crosby - 7.30pm, £tba
  • Friday 3rd December - We may again hold an evening of Mulled wine & Carols in the Parish Hall.
